ALISON ANTHONY – Director of Strategic Outreach for Williams and President of the
Williams Foundation
Alison is the director of Strategic Outreach at The Williams Companies, Inc.,
and president of The Williams Foundation. Actively demonstrating her
commitment to helping people reach their full potential, Alison was honored
by the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women with the 2007 Pinnacle
Award for significant contributions toward improving the status of women
in the community and for taking risks on behalf of others. The Oklahoma
Chapter of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America recognized Aliso n
in 2009 with the Excellence in Community Relations award. Most recently,
The Journal Record recognized Alison as one of 50 Women Making a Difference in the state
of Oklahoma for 2010, 2012 and 2013.
TERI AULPH – International Consultant and Founder of Teri Aulph Consulting
Teri Aulph entered the corporate world in the middle of her career. Within
three years, she rose as an executive in Fortune 500 companies. Results.
That is one of many things that set Teri apart. Today, Teri uses her broad
approach and deep expertise as a Business Consultant, Speaker and
Executive Coach. She helps companies capitalize on their biggest asset: their
people. Last year, she was named one of 50 Women Making a Difference and
Woman in Business Champion (U.S. Chamber of Commerce – Oklahoma
Division).
CAROLYN CUMMINGS ALTEMUS – National Director of Employment and Diversity for
Boy Scouts of America
Carolyn has worked for the Boy Scouts of America in numerous areas from
program planning to marketing to National Director of Employment and
Diversity. She has helped Scouting to become a recognized brand as an
employer achieving awards such as Hispanic Networks Magazines’ Best of the
Best Companies for Diversity & Top Corporations Hiring Minorities; 2005
Workforce Diversity Achievement Award (from Equal Opportunity
Publications, Inc.); 2007 Community Leadership Award Recipient from
Thurgood Marshall College Fund; 2010 Readers Choice and Best of the Best
Companies for Diversity & Top Corporation hiring Hispanics, African Americans, and Women
and many others. In 2012, North Dallas Chamber of Commerce honored Carolyn as one of
3 top Human Resources Professionals of the Year.
RISHA GRANT – CEO, DiversityConneX.com and Risha Grant, LLC
Risha is the founder & CEO of Risha Grant LLC, formerly Xposure Inc., the
only award-winning, full-service diversity communications consulting firm in
Oklahoma. From her race, gender and lifestyle choices, to being a young,
small business owner and tackling economic issues, every area of her life
intersects diversity. She has served on numerous boards and has been named
of One of Four to Watch by the Tulsa World, one of the most influential
African Americans in Tulsa and Engage Magazine’s Top 10 Entrepreneurs.
VICKI HAWS – Assistant Director of Ability Resources
Vicki Haws is the Associate Director for Ability Resources and has worked in
the disability field over 15 years. Vicki received her MBA from the University
of Tulsa in 2003. She is a Board Member for the National Council on
Independent Living and serves on the Finance Committee as well as CoChairing the Rehabilitation Reauthorization Sub-Committee. Vicki was
appointed by the Governor to the Oklahoma Statewide Independent Living
Council. Previous to her position with Ability Resources, she work at the
Community Action Project and as the Executive Director of Dynamic
Independence.
SHERYL SIDDIQUI – Spokesperson for the Islamic Council of Oklahoma
Mrs. Sheryl Siddiqui is Spokesperson for the Islamic Council of Oklahoma;
Board member of The Oklahoma Center for Community & Justice (OCCJ), of
the Oklahoma Chapter of the Council on American Islamic Rel ations (CAIROK), and on the Speakers Bureau for the Islamic Society of Tulsa. Until 2013,
she chaired Tulsa Partners Inc’s Language & Culture Bank. Originally from
Massachusetts, she graduated from Salem State College with a Bachelors of
Science then worked for six years as an ER nurse in New Jersey and Wisconsin.
Since coming to Oklahoma she has volunteered in education, First Amendment
rights, domestic violence response, mental health, disaster mitigation, and
interfaith understanding.
MARGARITA VEGA-TREVIÑO – Communications Specialist at Community Action Project
Margarita is currently a Communications Specialist for the Community Action
Project’s Growing Together initiative. Born in Chihuahua, México, Margarita
migrated to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1987. Margarita is also an independent
marketing and communications consultant, the former president and owner of
VEGA+TREVIÑO, publisher of Oklahoma’s first Spanish-language newspaper,
the award-winning ‘Hispano De Tulsa’, as well as the first Spanish language
business directory, ‘Paginas Hispanas’. She was named among the top 50 most
influential Hispanic media professionals in the country and is nationally
recognized for her graphic design. Named one of the Top 40 under 40 and the
Best Small Business Journalist in 2009, she is a cornerstone of the Hispanic community.
