In order to extend the Online Transfer Claim Portal to facilitate transfer
of PF accumulations
of a member from exempted Trust to field offices of
EPFO, a process for
registration
of Digital
Signature
Certificate
of the
authorized Signatories of the Exempted Trust was circulated vide letter dated
10.07.2014.
In
operationalise
the Online process. This revised process has been developed
for
this
regard,

field offices are to process the case in the application

in the Annexure-B.

All the field offices of the Organization are requested to make efforts to
ensure that
(a) The exempted
establishments/Trusts
are familiarized
with
this
portal
are
facility.
(b)
All
such
downloaded
cases uploaded
by
Exempted
Trusts
by field offices and processed for credit
amount to the respective member's
