C 12200 CW024A Copper rolled Products C 12200 Characteristics We are producing DHP Grade Copper Foils, Strips and Sheets with Thickness Range from 0.04mm to 2.5mm & Maximum Width of 400mm in all range of Tempers/hardness.. Cu-DHP is a phosphorus-deoxidized Copper with Phosphorus. It has excellent welding and solderin is resistant to hydrogen embrittlement. It has very properties. Alloy Name AMW-14 C 12200 DIN CEN/TS 13388 CW024A UNS C12200 JIS C1220 This alloy is as per the RoHS specification. Chemical Composition Weight percentage Cu P ¡Ü0.015 .... 0.040 % Main Applications Industrial : Refrigeration Fins for heat transfer, pressure vessels, Vats, Oil Coolers, Tanks, Marine Oil Coolers etc. Consumer : Air Conditioners and Refrigeration equipment, Water Storage Heaters / Geyser tanks. Resistant to : Atmospheric corrosion: formation of the a greenish protective patina due to the formation of copper basic salts (such sulphates, chlorides in marine environment, nitrates and carbonates). Cu-DHP has a good resistance in in natural and industrial atmosphere (maritime air too). Water (industrial and drinking): up to flow rate of 1,5 .. 2 m/s for cold water, above 60C velocity should be limited to 0.6 .. 0.9 m/s. Aqueous and alkaline solutions (not oxidizing), pure water vapour (steam), non oxidizing acids (without oxygen in solution), neutral saline solutions. Material can be heat-treated in reducing atmosphere. Practically resistant against stress corrosion cracking . Not resistant to: : Rapid attack in oxidising acids, oxidising heavy-metal salts and sulphur. As well in gases or liquids containing ammonia, cyanide or halogens. hydrous ammonia and halogenated gases, seawater especially at high flow rates. .
