New this year, a well being assessment: is a tool to determine your overall health status. Completing the MyHealth Assessment identifies your health risks and see how they impacts your life. Then learn what steps you can take to make the biggest improvements in your lifestyle and your health. Depending upon your own results, you may receive a call from Healthy Ways to complete health coaching.
