Our body is a biochemical and energetic miracle, that continually
renews and transforms as long as we are alive. Tonight Guru Dev
Singh will share meditations or yoga exercises to strengthen the
energetic field and the health.
Earlier on the same evening 18:15-19:15h
Introduction into the 10 bodies of energy and yoga-numerology
with Fateh Singh.
Language: German! Cost: 25 Euro for the entire evening.
This serves as a helpful preparation for the weekend course.

Weekend intensive Sat Nam Rasayan with Guru Dev Singh
Topic: The “energy bodies” in the healing.
The teaching on this weekend is about the arcline, the aura and the pranic body. These
represent projection, presence and energy, as well as the six, seven and eight in the
numerology. In Sat Nam Rasayan we use only the awareness and the neutral projection; no
energy is transferred.
“Learn numerology to give us a more extended language to talk.” (Guru Dev S)
This class does not require any prior knowledge or experience. A basic understanding of
yogic numerology and the 10 bodies cam be helpful.
From 9h to 10h yoga is taught as preparation for the class.
Cost: 200 Euro for both days. 100 Euro for one single day. Precondition for the participation
on Sunday is the participation on Saturday or advanced experience of Sat Nam Rasayan.

With public transport:
S3 or S1 (city train - purple or green line) station: Stadthausbrücke, exit „Michaelisstrasse“.
(Make sure to catch the trains passing through “Jungfernstieg” and not the S31 or S11)
The S1 also connects directly to the airport.

Bus: Line 37 (Michaeliskirche) or line 112 (Museum für Hamburgische Geschichte).
By car: there is no free parking. Underground parking „Michel-Tiefgarage“, Address:
Schaarmarkt, 20459 Hamburg. Parking fee 2€ per hour, max 13€ per day.

In the new location it is NOT possible to sleep.
