SMITH HOME
HAGEN HOME
KUNKEL HOME: 1905 POLY DRIVE
This 1930s Tudor-style home reflects the simplicity of
Christmas with its warmth throughout. Coved ceilings,
hardwood floors and natural wood trim adorn this
three-bedroom home. Towering spruce trees greet
you to beckon you home for the holidays! The current
residents have lived in this home for nearly 31 years
where they raised their two daughters who treasure
this lovely home.
HAGEN HOME: 2945 GREGORY DRIVE W
Built 28 years ago, this classic two-story brick
Georgian-style home has re-invented itself over the
years. Transcending the test of time, it now sparkles
with traditional holiday charm. As you walk through
this distinctive and cozy home, you will experience
furnishings, grand chandeliers and family heirlooms all
decked out for the holidays. Every room is warmed by
memories, friendships and hospitality and each room
has been carefully decorated to reflect the warmth and
spirit of the holidays.

WILLIAMS/GOODRICH HOME
SMITH HOME: 2938 RIMROCK ROAD
A Holiday Tour of Homes Favorite! This beautiful log
home came to life in the 1940s. The Smiths bought the
home in 1980 and have given the home its second life.
Every nook and corner of this log home – from the
antique foghorn to the handmade Santa, to the button
decorated Christmas tree – has a story to tell.

WILLIAMS/GOODRICH: 2727 GREGORY DRIVE N
Built in 1969, this home has been extensively
remodeled with caution at preserving and respecting
the original Tudor architecture. The homeowners are
a casual family and their Christmas decorating reflects
that. When they “accidentally” started collecting
Hallmark’s Frosty Friends ornaments in 1980 they
became the theme of a “rustic” family room tree. Their
Santa collection resides in the living room with a more
traditional red & gold themed tree. North Pole Village
scenes are displayed in each room.
