TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed AMBASSADOR/BOLERO/XYLO
(Diesel Latest New Model) owners having commercial number for providing
for the office of the undersigned under the terms and conditions as noted
below:
1. The Vehicle [Diesel with Latest New Model] is required for one year at
present. The Vehicle is required for week days (Monday to Friday) excluding
Holidays. In case of necessity & emergency the Vehicle shall be spared for
Saturday, Sunday & Holiday as per requirement of the office.
2. The rent should be quoted per day basis.
3. The fuel (Diesel) consumption should be mentioned for running of the
vehicle i.e. K.M. per litre. And also Engine Oil (Mobil) consumption for
running of the vehicle i.e. K.M. per litre should also be mentioned clearly.
4. The services of the Vehicle would be utilized in the remote village
areas of the district for monitoring different programmes of the district. Also
in case of necessity the services of the vehicle will be utilized for Kolkata once
or twice in a month.
5. Sealed tenders should be addressed to the Project Director, D.R.D.C.,
Bankura Zilla Parishad at Chandmaridanga (Beside Saptaparna Hotel) Dak
Bungalow Complex, P.O. & Dist. Bankura. The rate should be quoted in
white A4 size Xerox paper clearly.
6. The last date of receipt of Tender is 17/11/2014 upto 2 p.m. The tender
shall be opened on the same day at 3 p.m. in the office chamber of the Project
Director, D.R.D.C., Chandmaridanga, Bankura. The participating tenderers or
his representative may remain present at the time of opening of tender.
7. The undersigned/ authority reserved the right to accept in full or part
or reject any tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.
8. Copies of current income tax, sales tax clearance certificate and
credential have to be submitted.
