All members of national German teams, teams of the DSV and foreign teams who are members of the FINA are entitled to compete. Data protection: By binding the registration is confirmed that the reported participants respectively their legal representative does not object to the publication of names and photos in the framework of Protocol and coverage of this event have. 3.2 Facilities standards Competition pool is an indoor, ten-lane, 50m course. The pool is equipped with antiturbulent lane lines. The racing course has a depth of 3m. 3.3 Warm up The competition course will close 10 minutes before the start of each session. 3.4 Timing The facility features an automatic timing system and a digital scoreboard. . V Page 4 from 7 3.5 Starting rule The one-start-rule will apply (no false start). 3.6 Panel of judges The judges will be supplied by the Berliner Schwimm-Verband (BSV). . . 3.7 Entries Registrations should be sending especially with email (data file to standard DSV – German standard) or letter. The entry fees payment is to be made at the same time as the application, either by cheque or by payment to this bank account: Schwimmgemeinschaft Steglitz Berlin e.V., IBAN: DE67100100100085781102, BIC: PBNKDEFF. 3.9 Entries close Entries must be received by Saturday, April 25th, 2015 at 8 pm. Should the number of entries overspend the operating schedule the organizer reserves the right, to reduce the term of application. The acceptance of entries occurs in the order of their arrival. 3.10 Scoring Every group has separate classifications, except the age group 1998 and older. The relays have an open classification. 2 male and 2 female swimmers will swim into the mixed relays Event No 17 and 18. The Medley Relay, Event No. 23 (4 male and 4 female swimmers) swims the ordinary medley order: Backstroke/Backstroke/Breaststroke/Breaststroke/Butterfly/Butterfly/Freestyle/Freestyle. In each relay Event male swimmers will start from starting end and female swimmers will start from turning end. Note: Age group 2007 is not allowed to swim the butterfly-course. Awards: Invitation for the 20.th International Swim-Meeting by SG Steglitz Berlin e. V Page 5 from 7 Medals will be awarded to the top three Certificates will be awarded to the top six The winning relay teams will receive a Trophy. The 3 individual high points (male and female separated) valid FINA-Comparative performance table swimming will get the following prizes in money: 1st place 150,00 € , 2nd place 75,00 € and 3rd place 25,00 €. The best male and female of age group 05/06 will receive a special award. The best team (male and female together) will receive the trophy of the SG Steglitz Berlin e. V. (except the team of SG Steglitz Berlin e.V.). After three times winning in a line or five times winning with stopping a club is allowed to keep the SG Steglitz trophy. The single results for the places 1 to 6 counts with 7-5-4-3-2-1 points. Only the fastest two per team will score points. The medley results counts twice. 3.11 Placing of heats The heats will be set and timed without consideration of age group and ranking. The fastest heat will be the last. Meet Management reserves the right to limit the number of entries for the Events No. 30 and 31 (max. 4 heats). If it is necessary to limit the entries for these events, the limitation will be made in dependence of the registration times. The clubs will be informed about rejected entries as soon as possible. 3.12 Declaration of Health With registration entries the clubs affirm, that the clubs participants will be in health and fit. 3.13 Liability Lockers are available on first come/first serve basis as there are not enough lockers for all participants. The organizers and Bäderbetriebe Berlin are not liable for lost property, damages or injuries. 3.14 Postponement of sessions The organizer reserves the right to change the time schedule, in case of it will necessary. 3.15 Accommodations The clubs have exclusively to request, book and reserve accommodation for themselves. 3.16 Meet results The participating clubs have to state already explicitly by sending their registration, if they want to get a complete copy of results in paper. If desired documents and certificates can be sent out if the address and deposit of 5,00 € are given. The complete results are available as printable document on www.sg-steglitz.de.
