The Hosokawa Bepex team is proud to invite you for an official presentation of the next generation
hygienic bar line in our technology center in Leingarten.
We’ll present the background of the design as well as application specifics in bar manufacturing and
the advantages our design provides. This will be followed by a live demonstration on the new line
producing confectionery type bars.
At the Interpack exhibition 2014 we introduced this new generation of bar line equipment to the
market and the first machines have already been delivered. However, on Feb. 5 and 6, 2015 it will be
the first chance for you to see this next generation line in action.
The new hygienic bar line features the following benefits (and many more):
 Strict hygienic design according to the 10 principles approach in cooperation with leading
EHEDG specialists reflecting the recommendations of the leading hygienic design groups
(EHEDG, GMA, One Voice, AMI). This design enables a bar manufacturer to set up a reliable
hygienic production line as well allowing for allergen cleaning between products to mitigate
risk when making allergen declarations.
 Easy cleaning and fast product changeovers.
 Easy operation and adjustment.
 Flexible control system with unified look and feel for the whole bar line from kitchen to
forming and cooling through enrobing.
 Servo driven forming and cutting machines for highest accuracy in product dimensions.
 New Cavanna flow-pack line for a complete process from raw material to packaged bar.
