NOTE:
1- First step to start to fill the "Woven Fabric Fiber Detail Sheet" is to determine the kind of fiber for yarn production, which represents either
Continuous fibers(I) or, Short staple(II) or, Long staple(III). According the yarn production system the related box of fiber to be marked
with (X). In case any other kind of fiber used than the above existing one, this has to be specified in the same box or in the Specifying Notes section.
2- Yarn composition percentages in warp and weft to be written in the line with (X) marked fiber box.
3- Column IV comprises of the type of Woven, Finishing [to be marked (X)] and fabric details as greige and finished (to be given actual figures of fabric).
4- Column V comprises of the details of yarn count, turns(TPM) and elastomeric fiber details if used. In case the yarn count is more than one in warp and
weft, then the average count of those yarns is to be written.
5- Column VI comprises of the shipping details of consignment.
