Command, Grade ( Rs. 67,000-79,000) The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), based on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee, has approved the empanelment of Shri Rahul Dua in the panel for promotion to the Higher Administrative Grade of Indian Defence Estates Service against one additional vacancy for the year 2013-14 in the pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge and until further orders. 2. Consequent to the approval of the ACC to the promotion of Shri Rahul Dua, and with the approval of the Competent Authority (Raksha Mantri), Shri Rahul Dua on repatriation from Central Deputation in the Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi is transferred and posted as Principal Director, Defence Estates, South-Western Command, Jaipur, w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post, against the vacancy caused due to retirement on superannuation of Shri Ajay Kumar on 31.10.2014. 3.
