The end user certificate:The end user certificate for the satisfactory performance of the works specified shall be furnished. If it is found that bogus certificate is produced, it will lead to blacklisting and also forfeiture of EMD. 03. The following attested Xerox copy of certificates should be enclosed in the outer cover:(a) A copy of Service Tax registration certificate. (b) A copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) card. (c) A copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate. 04. The Tenders will be received upto 14:00 Hrs. on the due date of the tender and opened at 14:30 Hrs. on the same day.
