Earnest money of successful bidder will be retained till end of the contract. (*) General Terms and Conditions:  The rates offered should be valid for a period of Two (02) months from the opening of tender. All rates will be firm & final and no variation whatsoever shall be acceptable to VU within above period.  Transportation, installation and displaying at site will be responsibility of bidder at his own cost.  Essential repair would be free of cost within a period of one year of installation of boards.  Location & height will be determined by VU.  Art Work (four colors or monochrome) in computer format will be provided by VU.  Site, quantity and actual size (dimensions of work) will be the responsibility of bidder.  The rate shall be quoted per sqft according to the scope of work mentioned against each site, including transportation, installation and displaying etc. (Please note that no transportation cost shall be included for the city in which bidder is registered).  All sites’ rates should be quoted separately.  Maximum time for completion of work will be 30 days from the date of issuance of work order  Interested parties will send their quote inclusive of all taxes separately for all sites.  Late proposals will not be entertained. No telegraphic or faxed bid will be accepted.  Bidder will be bound to complete with work within given time, in case of delay, penalty will be imposed as per Govt. Rules  The work, which will be completed, should conform to the standard specifications and free from defects in all respects.  The Payment will be made in accordance with SRO 660(I) 2007 on submission of GST Invoice within 10-15 working days after completion of ordered works subject to verification from concerned site.  GST should be exclusively / separately indicated in the bill/invoice. (If GST is not applicable please provide evidence to that effect).
