EIM Training was established early 2004 by Nick Bottrall who is to this day the Director and CEO of
the company. EIM Training became a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in 2006.
EIM has delivered many disciplines in nationally accredited training over its 10 year history including,
Business and Management, Finance, Tourism, Manufacturing, Children Services, Training and
Assessment and Electrical Instrumentation.
EIM has also delivered many non accredited training courses especially in its early years including
Motivational Job Seeker Programs, NLP Practitioner courses and other Counselling and
Psychological Profiling courses.
A diverse set of disciplines and courses creates an extremely wide range of IP and knowledge with in
the EIM Training Team which is more than likely the reason EIM Training has survived and prospered
through ten years of government funding training policies ebb and flow.
In a nutshell EIM Training’s leadership have always followed the needs to the community and the
identified skills shortages. If EIM has the capacity to deliver these much needed skills at a higher
standard than any competitor could and as a result of the newly learned skills our students earn more
with less effort, then we add the qualification to EIM’s scope of registration.
Today EIM Training focuses on the deliver of:

Electrical Instrumentation and Process Automation, one of the highest skills shortages in
Queensland, Australia and indeed the World.

Children Services which is also a major skills shortage.

Business and Management, which complements all disciplines.
EIM Training has three fully equipped Campuses:

Gold Coast, Robina(also head office)

Brisbane, Murarrie

Cairns, City
Recently EIM Training has partnered with three well respected education providers to offer further
pathways to our existing / past students and new entrants in the communities that EIM operate.
1. Gold Coast Institute of TAFE (GCIT) – Through GCIT EIM Training will be delivering the
Certificate III in Electrical Instrumentation Apprenticeship as part of a duel electrical
apprenticeship. GCIT are the responsible RTO.
2. Jigsaw Consulting Group – Through Jigsaw EIM Training will deliver the Diploma of
Counselling at our Gold Coast and Cairns Campuses starting January 2014. JCG are the
responsible RTO.
