Phase 1 - Back To Basics
Begins: Monday, September 8, 2014
Nutrition Seminar: Thursday, September 11, 2014 @ 7PM-8PM
Ends: Friday, December 19, 2014
Elite Training Systems introduces, NEW to the Training Series, the BACK TO BASICS
PROGRAM.
Open to existing HEAT members & limited spots available for new clientele.
Registration closes, Sunday, September 7, 2014 or until the program is at capacity.
The BACK TO BASICS PROGRAM is easy to follow. ETS is all about simplifying the
equation through BACK TO BASICS challenges. Let our experienced ETS coaching
staff help and lead you to your goal of consistency through High Energy Athletic
Training, Effective Body Fat Loss Conditioning and Proper Nutrition. Your Time + ETS
Training = SUCCESS!
Rules & Regulations
*Golden Rule*
Minimum of 3 Training Sessions/ Week at Elite Training Systems, or else where i.e.
Home, but 3 Training Sessions/ Week MINIMUM.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded, but the BACK TO BASICS PROGRAM is not a point system
challenge, it is an ACCOUNTABILITY challenge. ETS coaches note and will reward
people who demonstrate Desire, Determination, Dedication and Discipline through the
program. Follow these 4 D's to receive a reward.

- Before & After Pics
- Body Fat % - Recorded 4 Week Interval
- Measurements - Chest/ Arms/ Waist/ Hips/ Legs- Recorded 4 Week Interval
- Weigh In - Recorded 4 Week Interval
- Healthier Living - Take heed & consideration to the Vitamins & Supplements that your
ETS Coach suggest,as we do not receive enough through our daily nutrition. Please
feel free to research the items the Coach suggests, make your own
opinion. Recommended rest & recovery, Google that too!
- Clean Eating - Email food journals to your assigned Coach for advice and counseling.
- ALCOHOL - We are not the boss of you. Realistically though, the less alcohol
consumed, the better the results.
