Open to existing HEAT members & limited spots available for new clientele. Registration closes, Sunday, September 7, 2014 or until the program is at capacity. The BACK TO BASICS PROGRAM is easy to follow. ETS is all about simplifying the equation through BACK TO BASICS challenges. Let our experienced ETS coaching staff help and lead you to your goal of consistency through High Energy Athletic Training, Effective Body Fat Loss Conditioning and Proper Nutrition. Your Time + ETS Training = SUCCESS! Rules & Regulations *Golden Rule* Minimum of 3 Training Sessions/ Week at Elite Training Systems, or else where i.e. Home, but 3 Training Sessions/ Week MINIMUM.
