VACANCY – OFFICE MANAGER AT SHEFFIELD SITE
The office manager`s role is to organise, supervise and co-ordinate all of the office operational/ administrative
activities that facilitate the efficient and effective running of the Sheffield office. This will include hands on
approach to supporting other FBS Prestige/ Fluorocarbon sites in the office administration of HR, purchasing/
production, logistics and stores.

Qualifications
 A degree business related subject (minimum 2.1) or
equivalent of 3 years office work experience
 O level /GCSE Mathematics
 O Level /GCSE English Language
Experience
 Proven by demonstration of a minimum of 3 years
 Manufacturing background
experience in an office environment /similar role
 Previous fast pace /high volume/ administration
activity role
Knowledge &
 Understanding of office systems
 Proficient use of SAP would be

 General Office experience an advantage

Key Responsibilities
 Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures in line with health and safety.
Keep management informed of issues and provide reports as appropriate such as KPI and measure.
 Maintain the Quality Management System as applicable to the respective functions.
 Maintenance of internal systems and control to ensure accurate data input into SAP
 Creation of production packs for the manufacturing function.
 Support and Creation / input of sales orders onto the SAP system as required.
 Initiating and / or participating in continual improvement activities.
 Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity relating to procured material and quality
Systems and provide solutions with the team.
 Be proactive in answering telephone queries along with carrying out general reception duties.
 Observe the confidentiality and Intellectual Property (IP) requirement for the facilities in FBS Prestige.
 Ensure all SAP Roles and Responsibilities are implemented as the detailed process/procedure .
