Senior SAP SEM-BCS consultant
Position summary
We are looking for a senior SAP SEM BCS consultant to implement new functions and business requirements in
our SEM-BCS system. Within the SAP Competence Center you will also be responsible for the IT support of the
consolidation related business processes.
Besides financial consolidation, BW experience in data modeling, staging and reporting is welcome.
Overall responsibilities

Customizing BCS system to meet business requirements
Solving of complex project and team tasks
Support of consolidation related business processes
Support of BW data modeling, data staging and reporting
Management of all time and targets (milestones) for the SEM-BCS part of projects and implementation of
changes and the solving of incidents
Key qualifications
•

•
Strong communication skills, high social competence
Experience and deep knowledge of SEM-BCS is requested:
o Business process knowledge of financial consolidation
o Experience in customizing SEM-BCS and BW-BPS
o Report building and data modeling
o SEM-BCS administration and system monitoring
o BW data modeling, staging, reporting
Following skills are an advantage, but not mandatory:
o SAP ERP (ideally FI, CO or CO-PA)
o BW IP (Integrated Planning)
o ABAP programming
o Business Objects
Analytical skills and capability to transfer experience and knowledge from other
fields into the area of responsibility
Fluent English is required, German and or Russian are an advantage
Ability to moderate and to assert oneself
