First and foremost, we give all honor, glory and praise to God and we thank Him for
allowing us to celebrate another year of family.
We are very pleased to host the “2015 Frazier-Greene Super Family Reunion”, in the
home of the Augusta Master’s Golf Tournament and the home of the Late Godfather
of Soul, Mr. James Brown, of Augusta, GA, September 4, 5, 6, 2015! This is a reunion
you don’t want to miss!
Thank you for your love, support and most importantly your patience as we work
diligently to plan a joyous and memorable weekend of love and fellowship. We truly
hope that you can join us. Bringing family together is what it is all about!
We are also in the process of creating a Frazier-Greene Family Reunion 2015 Facebook
group, which we encourage everyone that is able to visit and pass along any
information to as many family members as possible.
We will keep you updated as the plans move forward, and we are looking forward to
seeing you in Augusta, Georgia in “2015”.

Registration Information:
Aside from the obvious task of making travel arrangements to attend the Frazier-‐Greene Family Reunion, there are three (3) steps required to officially register: 1. Submit full payment of Reunion Fees by the deadline date. 2. Submit completed Reunion Registration Form by the deadline date. 3. Reserve guest room(s) at the DoubleTree by Hilton by the deadline date. Registration fees MUST be paid in full by Tuesday, August 4, 2015 for each
person attending the reunion.

The 2015 Frazier and Greene Family Reunion Committee understands that families sometimes need a flexible, convenient payment option that will allow them to make payments. Therefore, rather than making a large, single payment, the Reunion Committee is allowing families to spread the cost over time. REMEMBER: The deadline for all registration fee payments is Tuesday, August 4, 2015, so your final payment should be made by that date. Your first payment should be made and submitted with this Monthly Payment Plan Form (page 6) and the Registration Form (page 5) in this packet. Thereafter, monthly payments should be submitted timely to: Josephine Burton, Reunion Treasurer at 3709 Oslo Road, Augusta, GA 30906 until your fees have been paid in full by the deadline. Simply complete the information below to determine the total amount due, and divide that amount by six, four or three months depending on your option. That will be your easy monthly payment. Don’t forget to include your first monthly
