Accommodation:
The Daventry Court Hotel have agreed a discounted booking rate for delegates at a cost of £70 single
occupancy and £80 for double or twin room, both include breakfast. Please quote “FSH Summer Get
Together” to book at the discounted rates. These will be available at the discounted rate until 24th
May 2014.
All delegates wishing to stop over for the night of the 27th June 2014 are advised to make their own
booking with the Daventry Court Hotel, to use the special discounted rates above, please state FSH
Summer Get Together at the time of booking. Please contact the Daventry Court Hotel directly by
telephone on this number: 01327 307 000. The Daventry Court Hotel will advise you of their booking
terms.
Disabled Access Rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis.
Please note bookings for the Summer Get Together are non-refundable. The FSH-MD Support Group
UK are not responsible for any accommodation arrangements made with the hotel.

Directions to Daventry Court Hotel:
From the M40 – Exit at junction 11 onto the A361 and then the A45 towards Daventry. Go straight
across the first roundabout and pick up signs for Kilsby (M1 North). You’ll find the hotel on the right
just after joining the A361 again.
From the South (M1) – Exit the M1 at junction 16 onto the A45 towards Daventry. Once in the town,
take a right at the first roundabout and head towards Kilsby (M1 North). The hotel can be found on
the fifth roundabout on the right.
From the North (M1) – Exit the M1 at junction 18 onto the A428 and follow the signs to Kilsby until you
reach the A361 to Daventry. You’ll find the hotel on the left at the second roundabout.

Nearest train station: Rugby – 12 miles
