The
VICI Story
Les Mole
Vici is an All-Australian swimwear
Brand, which began here ten years
ago. After having experienced many
elements of the aquatics industry,
the founder Les Mole, decided that
it was time to challenge the other
brands, which were mostly owned by
off shore companies.
The designs, colours, contrasts and
quality are all unique to the Vici design
house, and they are manicured by a
highly professional and dedicated team
of employees. With the customer and
end user the only focus, the Vici range
has evolved to encapsulate any
need for both the competitive
and recreational
swimmer.

Julius Caesar
Possibly the most significant moment in history,
where the word punctuated its true meaning, was by
the great warior Julius Caesar.
The name Vici (pronounced veechee) is a latin word,
meaning to conquer.
Julius Caesar (100BC-44BC) was a Roman military
and political leader whose conquest of Gallia
Comata extended the Roman world all the way
to the Oceanus Atlanticus and introduced Roman
influence into modern France. Caesar fought and
won a civil war which left him the undisputed
master of the Roman world, and began extensive
reforms of Roman society and government.
The moulded silicone strap has only
one clip on each side of the goggle
minimising the number of moving parts,
and enhancing the life span of this
iconic swimming lens. The silicone strap
then separates into a duel band at the
rear of the head offering additional
support, whilst obtaining an exceptional
seal around the eye sockets.
Dino has a broad catch in all directions around
the seal surface and therefore will be suitable for
almost every face type, and fits most children as
well as some adults. It is very affordable, super
functional and is a must for the learning phases of
every swimmer.
Caesor was elected quaestor by the Assembly of the
People in 69BC, at the age of 30. He drew the lots
and was assigned with a questorship in Hispania
Ulterior (a Roman province roughly situated in
between modern Portugal and southern Spain)
On his return to Rome, Caesar pursued his judicial
career until his election as curule aedile in 65BC.
The functions of this office were similar to a present
day mayor and included regulation of construction,
traffic, commerce and other aspect’s of Rome’s
daily life. It was also a dangerous office because it
included the organisation of the Roman games.
After spending the first months of 47BC in Egypt,
Caesar went to the Middle east, where he annihilated
King Pharnaces II of Pontus in the battle of Zela;
his victory was so swift and so complete that he
commemorated his triumph with the words VENI ,
VIDI, VICI –
“I came, I saw, I conquered”. The VICI company
has borrowed one of Caesar’s most famous words,
and has established an all conquering range of
swimming products.

traffic accidents, breast cancer, prostate cancer, strokes, AID’s and house fires combined. On
average, currently only 5% survive an out of hospital SCA. By having a Defibrillator close at hand

The Heartstart FRX is an easy to use, rugged and reliable AED for those who get there first. It
incorporates a number of features to make sure it is ready when needed with a minimum of
maintenance required.
Although most sudden cardiac arrests don’t happen in extreme environments, some do. The
Heartstart FRX is designed to work where rescuers may have to go to; in the rain, onboard aircraft,
on metal surfaces or in industrial areas.
Heartstart FRX includes the features proven in the field by the Heartstart family and has important
new improvements making the FRX the partner needed during the critical moments.
Reduces CPR pause for a shock delivery to minimum time necessary for ECG analysis and
charging. Shock can be delivered within typically 8 seconds after CPR stop.

swimming pool operator.
The author, Les Mole has been involved in the aquatics industry for over forty-five
years, and his experience provides a platform so that pool operations and water
treatment can be easily understood.
Water quality can get clouded with an overload of both science and mathematics,
however Les has scripted this useful manual in basic language, and a logical
layout and format.
There are very few manuals available here in Australia, which provide such
