Sealed ‘SPECIAL LIMITED TENDER’ for under noted work is invited by Chief Administrative Officer/Con /N.E.
Railway/Gorakhpur for and on behalf of the President of India. Tender must be sent in sealed cover, super scribed as
“Name of work” given in the tender document and must be sent by Registered post to the address of Chief
Administrative Officer/ Construction/ N.E. Railway/Gorakhpur-273012 only so as to reach the office not later than
14:30 hrs. on 01.02.2014 (Saturday)
OR
drop the same in special Tender box allotted for the purpose in the above offices. Tender Box at Gorakhpur
allotted box no. 1, will be sealed at 10.00 hrs. and closed 14.30 hrs. on 01.02.2014 (Saturday) in the presence of
tenderer (s) or his/their authorized representative. Tender box at Gorakhpur will be opened at 15.00 hrs. on
01.02.2014(Saturday). Tender documents will not be sold after 13.00 hrs. on 31.01.2014. It will be the sole
responsibility of the tenderer to drop the special limited tender document in the nominated Tender box only.

entertained.
