All past supported members who do not use their URPIB number when trading are considered private traders and many not represent SMICE. Such members still remain registered in house. From trading year May 2014 all SMICE representatives in the future will need to have passed an exam and be certified by FTN exporting (Certificate I, II or III) as FTN exporting moves into a new phase of trading with limited number of CPPA representatives for 2015 trading year.All Current CPPA who have not completed an exam,and recieved a Certificate will be advised a copy of the exam to apply in due course.
