Fixings
•We recommend that the top plates of the joint are bedded
on to epoxy resin or similar to insure continuous contact
with the surface that the joint is being fixed to. The joint
must then mechanically fixed at 300 mm symmetrical
centres using 5 mm nylon plug and 4 mm x 3 0mm S/S
countersunk screw.
Maintenance
•Periodic visual inspections should be carried out to ensure
that no damage has occurred to the joints. •Cleaning should be carried out using a mild detergent and
water. If alternative cleaning chemicals or equipment are
to be used, it is recommended that a suitability test should
be carried out on a small section of the product in a nonprominent section of the joint.
