With reference to the above the work program for the Project
has been submitted by the
Concessionaire vide letter cited above for review and comments from Independent Engineer.
In this context concessionaire has submitted:

In this context our comments are as below;

4) Pursuant to the monthly progress report of August 2014, the cumulative progress
achieved is given 22.01% inclusive of collection of aggregates which is 10.33%. The
expenses done in collection of aggregates shall not be considered in the progress of
the project. The expenses done in completion of the different permanent work items
of the project arc 11.68%o which appears realistic expenditure incurred on the project.
5) The work program submitted by the concessionaire establishes their capacity to
perform progress to the tune of more than 50 crs in a month.
Hence, we can say that the program submitted by the concessionaire is not realistic and has
many gaps in achievement of progress. As a consultant we request the concessionaire to
submit the realistic work program compatible with scheduk - G.
