itinerary sharing twin bedded rooms with private bath;

sightseeing with English speaking guides; entrance fees
to sites visited; daily liturgy schedule planned; hotel
taxes & services; porterage of one bag per person; air

TIBERIAS. On arrival, meet English-speaking, Christian guide and transfer to first class lake front hotel

NOV 12/WED-GALILEE. Sail across the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum, center of Jesus' ministry, today
containing the ruins of St Peter's house, an ancient
synagogue and Byzantine chapel. Visit the Church of
St. Peter's Primacy and Tabgha, site of the Miracle of
Loaves and Fishes. In the afternoon, ascend the
Mount of Beatitudes to celebrate Mass. (B,D)
NOV 13/THU—GALILEE (NAZARETH). Today, visit
Cana, site of Jesus’s first miracle, where married couples can renew wedding vows and all can pray for
parents and spouses. Continue to Jesus’ boyhood
town of Nazareth. Visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, visit St Joseph Church, Mary’s Well, the Synagogue of the Holy Family. In the afternoon, ascend
Mount Tabor by private taxis to pray at the site where
Jesus' Transfiguration is commemorated. (B,D)
NOV 14/FRI - GALILEE/JERICHO.
In private
taxis, ascend Mount Tabor for Mass where Jesus'
Transfiguration is commemorated. Stop along the
River Jordan to commemorate Jesus’ baptism. Continue to Jericho, the oldest city on earth, located on a
delightful oasis close to the River Jordan. Enjoy an
overnight at a great resort hotel.

Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found.
Time permitting enjoy a “float” in the Dead Sea, the

City of Jerusalem. Spend 4 nights at a marvelous

NOV 16/SUN –JERUSALEM. Drive to the Mount of
Olives for an outstanding view of the city and surrounding area. Visit the Place of the Ascension, the
Church of Pater Noster, Dominus Flevit. Visit the
tomb of the Virgin (the Church of the Assumption),
Garden of Gethsemane, the Church of All Nations.
Continue to Mount Zion: the Church of St. Peter Gallicantu, King’s David’s Tomb, and the Cenacle (Place
of the Last Supper) and Dormition Abbey. (B,D)
NOV 17/MON - JERUSALEM (BETHLEHEM).
In
the morning visit Bethlehem. See Nativity Basilica,
St. Catherine Church and Shepherds' Field. In the
afternoon, take an excursion to Ein Karem, birthplace of St. John the Baptist and site of the Visitation. (B,D)
NOV 18/TUE—JERUSALEM. Visit the Western Wall
and Temple Mount. Visit the Church of St. Anne, the
Pool of Bethesda and the Sisters of Sion to see the
excavations of the pavement "Lithostrotos". Make
the Way of the Cross, along the Via Dolorosa to Holy
Sepulchre Basilica, site of Calvary and the Tomb. In
the afternoon visit Emmaus, where the Risen Lord
was recognized in the breaking for the Bread.
Enjoy a
festive farewell dinner tonight at a
