Community Living British Columbia [CLBC] delivers support and services to individuals with

The Role:
The Funding Guide Template (FGT) is an important tool in CLBC’s integrated approach to support
informed, fair, and consistent decision making process about the levels of services funded by CLBC.
The FGTs are used by Service Providers to submit detailed information on staff schedules and program
costs and form the basis of negotiating contracts.
The FGT Migration Analyst reports to the Manager, Business Planning & Analysis, and works with the
Project Manager – FGT Migration and the FGT migration team in transferring and updating a large
volume of FGTs from a historical version to a new version release. You will work with the team to
migrate FGTs, identify key processing / migration issues, provide advice on how the process could be
improved, diplomatically liaise with operational staff and service providers to resolve any issues, to
ensure that all FGTs are migrated in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Completion of a professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA) or currently working in the
capacity as a CLBC Quality Service Analyst. Detail oriented with strong basic MS Excel experience as
well as good knowledge of MS Word and Outlook. Excellent multi-tasking skills with excellent attention
to detail as well as experience analyzing information. Experience in the use of the Funding Guide
template is preferred.
