Diesel-Energo In 1899 world’s first diesel engine using crude oil instead of kerosene was invented at the Ludwig Nobel’s factory in Saint Petersburg. This event was the starting point for the enterprise. Connection points to utility lines are located at the purchased land plot’s boundaries. 17 PLAN OF UTILITIES 18 EXTERNAL UTILITY LINES AND ROADS External gas, water supply and sewerage utility lines for industrial park are already constructed. This construction works were financed by Saint Petersburg City Government. Capacities acquisition Price per unit is defined either according to the actual tariff scale fixed by the Committee for Tariffs of the Saint Petersburg Government or calculated as a proportional share in investor’s actual expenses in utility lines design and construction. 3.
