MARINE INDIA was incorporated in 1994 with a name Pan Maritime Inc; India for
providing technical services to Maritime and Oil & Gas customers. The company was
formed in association with Industry Experts. In financial year 2002-03, we renamed
ourselves to form a new company named "MARINE INDIA". We are now targeting not
only marine industry but also various new avenues of Indian Industry. Our aim is to
provide ultimate customer satisfaction for any kind of logistics, technical support are
required.
MARINE INDIA product line includes Material Research Equipments, Automation
Systems, Data acquisition and processing systems for all applications, power supplies
and Repair of all kids of Electronic equipments and systems. We also undertake PC
interfacing of existing equipments, plant and machinery. Development of research
equipments as per papers is also our specialty.
PE-Loop Tracer For Ferrites, Ceramics, Crystals, Multi-ferroic and Smart Nano Materials
PE loop tracer system measures Polarisation µC/cm2 vs. electric
field KV/cm2. This is a high field experiment; PE loop is traced for
different material listed. A pellet, and thick films are used as a
specimen and electric filed at different frequencies are given. The
setup operates in different temperatures. The output data is
recorded and plotted on pc as PE loop. The system is fully
automated and operates automatically using a PE program
provided with the system. The setup is provided with complete
accessories like sample holder, furnace PID controller etc.
BH-Loop Tracer For Ferrites and Magnetic Materials

BH loop tracer system measures Coercivity (Oe) and Remmance
(gauss).
This is a low field experiment. BH loop is traced for ferrite and other
magnetic materials. A ferrite ring is used as a specimen and signal
at different frequencies are given. A primary and secondary
insulated cu coil is normally wound on the sample and signal is
given at variable frequency and output is recorded and plotted on
pc as BH loop. The setup operates in different temperatures. The
output data is recorded and plotted on pc as BH loop. The system is
fully automated and operates automatically using a BH program
provided with the system. The setup is provided with complete
accessories like sample holder, furnace PID controller etc.
DC Resistivity For Ferrites, Crystals, Metals,
Multi-ferroic and Smart Nano Materials
DC resistivity measurement setup measures DC resistance vs.
temperature vs. time. This is a DC experiment. DC resistance is
traced for different material such as ferrites, crystals, ceremics,
multi- ferroic and other smart nano materials. A pellet, and thick
films are used as a specimen and DC filed is given. The setup
operates in different temperatures. The output data is recorded
and plotted on pc as DC resistivity. The system is fully automated
and operates automatically using a DC resistivity program provided
with the system. The setup is provided with complete accessories
like sample holder, furnace PID controller etc. In this experiment
DC resistance is measured in ohm to giga ohm range with
temperature. Various options are available to measure following:
1. Magneto resistance option : Option to measure resistance change is magnetic environment is also
available. Electromagnets are used for the same.
2. Gas sensor detection option : Option to measure resistance with gas purging facility is also available. A
small gas chamber is used to purge different gases with solenoid valve to record time interval of gas
purging.
DC Polling Unit For Ferrites, Crystals, Ceramics, Multi-ferroic &
Smart Nano Materials
In DC polling unit samples are polled in high fields and high
temperature. After polling effects like dipoles are aligned, D33 is
raised and polarisation is enhanced. The system has a capacity
50KV/cm field and temperature 250 degrees. The setup is provided
with complete accessories like sample holder, furnace PID
controller etc.
Magneto Electric Coefficient Measurement System Me Setup
In this experiment magneto electric coefficient alpha beta are
measured. In this experiment DC electromagnets are provided
with holmontz coils in pole pieces. AC field at a frequency is given
to holmontz coils and both AC DC magnetic parameters are
measurement.

Electromagnets
Electromagnets of various capacity of pole gap 10 mm to 80 mm
filed up to 1.6 tesla with low current power supply. The advantage
is no water cooling required. The electromagnets are provided
with automatic filed control power supply operates in auto manual
mode. The electromagnets can be operated using PC interface via
RS232/USB adaptor directly. Standard labview driver, or VB driver
is available for the same.
Dielectric Measurements (LCR based) System For Ferrites,
Crystals, Metals, Multi-ferroic and Smart Nano Materials
Dielectric measurements (LCR based) measurement setup
measures LCR primary secondary parameters vs. temperature vs.
frequency. This is a AC experiment uses customer LCR meter. All
primary and secondary parameters of LCR meter are traced for
different material such as ferrites, crystals, ceremics, multi- ferroic
and other smart nano materials. A pellet, and thick films are used
as a specimen. The setup operates in different temperatures and
different frequencies. The output data is recorded and plotted on
pc. The system is fully automated and operates automatically using
a computer program provided with the system. The setup is
provided with complete accessories like sample holder, furnace
PID controller etc. In this experiment following modules are
available. Parameters vs temperature at fixed frequency, Paramter
vs frequency at fixed temperature, Z plot and Various options are
available to measure following :
1. Magnetic option : Option to measure change in LCR parameters vs magnetic field environment is also available.
Electromagnets are used for the same.
2. Gas sensor detection option : Option to measure change in LCR parameters with gas purging facility is also
available. A small gas chamber is used to purge different gases with solenoid valve to record time interval of gas
purging.
