MEMORANDUM
INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL WIDOW PENSION SCHEME
(IGNWPS)
Fund is hereby released electronically in favour of Municipalities / N.A.A. 1 Corporations
for the month of February, 2014 (01 Month) jn revised rate alongwith additional benefit for the
period from October, 2012 to January, 2014 under IGNWPS as communicated vide P & R.D.
G.O. No.l308/PN/P/II/3F-912006
(Pt.41) dated 28.03.2013 and as per details shown in the
following pages for implementation of Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme
(IGNWPS).
Kindly note that aforesaid fund comprises (c) Pension for the month of February, 2014 in revised rate (i.e. Rs.6001- p.m.
for IGNWPS beneficiaries within the age group of 40-79 years).
(d) Additional benefit @ Rs.200 p.m. (i.e. Rs.6001- minus Rs.4001-) for the widow
beneficiaries belonging to age group of 40-79 years under IGNWPS for the
period from October, 2012 to January, 2014.
This Pension should be disbursed forthwith to the concerned beneficiaries
immediately after receiving of fund through electronic transfer from SUDA and
strictly for the period as specified in the enclosed Annexure only.
Unspent fund under IGNWPS may be utilized for the purpose of disbursement of
pension for the period as specified in the enclosed Annexure only.

The Money Receipt in Form 42 may kindly be sent immediately after receiving the hnd
through electronic transfer.
The Monthly Pension amount @ Rr.6001- per month per beneficiary should be
disbursed immediately only through the Bank or Post Office Account of the
beneficiary concerned.

Monthly Progress Report regarding disbursement of pension under IGNWPS are
required to be sent within 5th of every month to SUDA in the prescribed "Monthly
Progress Report (MPR)" Proforma.
Utilisation Certificate of cumulative funds since received from SUDA as on 28th
February, 2014 may please be sent to this office in GFR-19A within 15th March,
2014 positively.
