TransNet Provides Center Portal Training
Megan Krusi, TransNet’s Information Systems Manager provided
training to Senior Center staff on the use of the Ecolane Software
Center Portal. This portal has been developed to assist staff at
various program locations with the management of consumer
cancellations, and service inquiries.
Senior Centers are each given their own, unique log-in to the Ecolane
site through the Center Portal. Once
logged in, Senior Center staff members
have the ability to view all trips
scheduled for consumers who attend the
center, cancel trips to or from the
center, and view actual pick-up and
drop-off times for consumers for the
current day or previous day of service.
