Our cancellation policy is as follows:

when we have received your payment in
full. If you do need to cancel we’ll need
to receive this in writing to

• From 16th August 2014 there are no refunds however you are welcome to send along
a substitute delegate in your place.
• If you have registered using our Early Bird deal, but need to cancel your attendance,
you’ll receive a 75% refund if you notify us by 30th July 2014 or a 50% refund if you
notify us by 15th August 2014. After that, there is no refund however you are welcome
to send along a substitute delegate in your place.
If you do need to send a substitute delegate please let us know within 7 days of the
