Leadership and organization start-up
Provided leadership and guidance as CEO for start-up and management of a “delegated
administrative authority” (new model) for the regulation of retail vehicle sales in British
Columbia, Canada.
The Authority was established is to maintain and enhance consumer protection and
consumer confidence within the vehicle sales industry in the province.

Alberta Government – Agricultural Products Marketing Council
CEO of Crown Corporation - leadership, revised regulatory systems
and oversight for sixteen marketing boards and producer associations
Complete revision of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act and regulations.
Developed and implemented industry wide dispute resolution systems and training
programs that significantly reduced the need for litigation and appeals
