Tuition Fees: Full day options 8:00-15:30 Per week (USD) 5 full days Morning options 8:00-12:00 Per week (USD) 5 mornings $176 $154 $122 $215 $183 $154 4 full days 3 full days 4 mornings 3 mornings The flat rate for a half day is $41 (one snack and lunch included) and for a full day is $52 (2 snacks and lunch included). There is no enrolment fee for Summer School. Late pick up: late pick up is counted at a rate of $5US per 30 minutes; lateness of more than 5 minutes will bear a 30 minute charge. 2. Special Discounts Enrolling and paying for multiple weeks in advance receive the discount rates below: Paying for 2 weeks together: 3% discount on the weekly rate Paying for 3 weeks together: 4% discount on the weekly rate Paying for 4 weeks together: 5% discount on the weekly rate Paying for 5 weeks together: 6% discount on the weekly rate Paying for 6 weeks together: 7% discount on the weekly rate Paying for 7 weeks together: 8% discount on the weekly rate Paying for 8 weeks together: 9% discount on the weekly rate Paying for 9 weeks together: 10% discount on the weekly rate Families with two or more children simultaneously attending HIK Summer School will receive an additional 3% discount on the above discount rate for the second child and 5% additional discount for the third and any subsequent child. Bus fee is not subject to any discount policy Note – this special discount only relates to Summer School, not to other HIK programmes. Refund procedures for Summer School For students withdrawing during Summer School 2014, the following refunds will apply: For those paying for more than a one-week period of tuition fee and/or bus fee: - withdrawing any time during the first 8 weeks, remaining full weeks will be refunded after deducting fees at the rate of the week before the final week of attendance, with no part weeks. For example: paying for 4 weeks but attending only 3 weeks, the fee will be calculated at the 3-week rate and the remainder fee is then refunded. - from week 9 onwards, there will be no refunds. Those paying weekly and/or daily will receive no refunds.
