PREMIUM PRODUCTS

ALPHA 2000 - This thickener system combined with its
mid-viscosity petroleum base fluids makes it a premium
all-purpose grease. This product also provides excellent
EP and anti-wear properties without traditional additives.
Alpha 2000 AD - For environments where there is
constant high temperature, it uses polymer chemistry to
provide higher viscosity and VI for better protection at
higher temperature.
CSC 980 TAN - This product gives all the benefits of
ALPHA 2000 plus it allows for better extreme low and
high temperatures properties and serves as grease for
“sealed for life” applications.
CHEMLITH EP-2-A - Economical, general-purpose lithium
grease designed to compete with most major grease
brands. This product should not be recommended for
extreme conditions. Also available in NLGI No. 0 & 1 grade.
DURALUBE EP-2 - A premium, lithium complex grease
commonly used in automotive applications for use in
wheel bearings, chassis points and various steel mill
applications. It’s an extreme pressure grease and
provides superior protection.
LITHPLEX HV EP-2 - A lithium complex lubricating grease
which contains high viscosity base fluids that provide
good protection in higher temperatures. Summer/winter
grade recommended.
CHEMPLUS 2-R - A Polyurea (no metals) lubricating
grease formulated specifically for electric motor applications. It is also recommended for other applications with
ball bearings. Product not compatible with most greases.
CHEMTEMP - A clay-thickener grease specifically formulated for very high temperature applications. However, in
high temperature applications, frequent regreasing must
occur or the organics can burn out and leave a clay residue. Chemtemp SHT (synthetic base oil) is also available.
ACG EP-2 - An aluminum complex-thickened grease with
similar performance to that of lithium complex greases.
Although lower cost alternatives, caution should be used
to insure compatibility of thickener chemistry.
SYNTEMP 1000TF - Unique, white inorganic grease designed for use in high temperature applications. It provides
excellent oxidation stability and is fortified with PTFE.
CALPLEX HDMZ - Unique lubricating grease formulated
for heavy industry. Calplex HDMZ contains molybdenum
disulfide to withstand shock loads, excellent corrosion
protection and polymers for excellent water resistance.
