The contractor may submit the proposal in writing for approval. 3. The earthwork summary table is somewhat unclear. Will future addenda address and clarify the earthwork quantities? a. Yes, a future addendum will address and clarify the earthwork quantities. 4. Is the existing crushed concrete stockpile sufficient to construct the project as bid? a. Yes, it is anticipated based on in-place stockpiles that the existing stockpiles are sufficient.
