Using IAG system construction kits with many common
parts, only a minimal number of wearing parts are
required to be able to constantly guarantee usability.
We always keep a very extensive stock of replacement

Sampling:
The IAG Versa can of course be combined with any IAG sampling
module. The options here extend from a simple heated line through
which the measurement device sucks in the sample, to extensive
multiple extraction systems with pressure regulators, switching

are remotely controlled from the measurement device itself and are
also displayed in the device display panel. This means that every

with any measurement device that needs to be used flexibly and,
if necessary, directly in the test cell, the FTIR can only show its true
strength if the overall design of the device has been developed
accordingly.
This has required developments ranging from a climate control

switches that safeguard the device from damage in the event of an
interruption to the voltage or purge air supplies.
Analyzers:
Our aim is to provide the ideal solution for any application and to
allow every user to make use of tried and trusted measurement
technology. We therefore support the option of integrating all
analyzers available on the market and of combining these to achieve
a complete customized system.
Gas feed:
Precise gas flow within the device plays a central role in the detection
of components that are hard to measure. This system is based on
an optimized design, providing for the shortest possible gas flows
as well as precise pressure levels and temperature conditioning.
Users have the option of disconnecting analyzers individually from
the gas flow without affecting the system dynamics, or to make
measurements only using the FTIR with a short sampling line via a
separate sample gas inlet.
The use of a heated sample gas pump with bypass renders the

The IAG-FLS is the ideal additional device to your FTIR
to turn it into a complete, simple and safe working
measuring build-up.
The IAG FLS were designed as additional devices for the simple and
safe operation of FTIR analysers. They provide a fully heated, filtered
and adjustable sample gas flow through the analyser, provided by a
reliable heated sample gas pump. Setup is very simple and can be
carried out in just a few minutes.
It only needs the connection of two heated lines, one to the FTIR
and one to the sampling point, network connection, power and
purge gas connections. Operation can be done on the device via
pushbuttons, or via the provided software which also shows all
important FTIR and FLS parameters such as sample flow, gas cell
pressure and system temperatures.
Before and after measuring the device automatically starts purging
the analyser with nitrogen which will help to avoid costly mishaps
such as corrosive probes condensing inside the gas cell. To

IAG Compressor Sample Gas Cooler.
The IAG Sample Gas Cooler is a highly compact device, measuring

compressor cooler unit it provides adequate power even at high
ambient temperatures.
All electrical and gas connectors are located on the back of the
instrument, while the control panel and the condensate pump
are on the front. In this way the complete system can be clearly
structured, retaining all gas and energy supply connectors on
the back of all units, whereas the status of the gas cooler and the
proper functioning of the condensate pump can be viewed from

MTS Driver guidance system
The MTS is an extremely elegant and versatile driver aid/
guidance system that is also suited for use in climatic
test benches.
Thanks to the compact design featuring a central pillar to the ceiling,
the MTS has an extremely slim and elegant appearance and requires
only one mounting point, making attachment to the test bench
much easier than with conventional rail systems. All lines are well
protected, running inside and concealed from view. Despite its slim
appearance, the MTS is stable enough to easily withstand even high
winds. All main axes of movement are unlocked simultaneously,
