The HKL can be coupled to a standard heated line or an LFD line filter, or directly to a pre-filter gas inlet. Actuation can be via an IAG pre-filter or directly from an IAG measuring unit. Optionally the HKL can also be supplied as an HKS for a 100 l/min sample flow rate. This version can be used for sample temperatures of 80-550°C. Thanks to the typically robust IAG construction, the HKL is ideal for Bending radius: 150 mm Gas inlet: 8 mm cutting ring Gas outlet: 8 mm cutting ring Electrical power supply: 693 6+Pe connector Connection cable: 1,000 mm Power supply:230V/700W tough everyday use. Gas feed Dimensions:90x130x1250mm Counterflow MGK Compressor Sample Gas Cooler IAG Compressor Sample Gas Cooler. The IAG Sample Gas Cooler is a highly compact device, measuring 3HE high and 400 mm deep, but also considering that as a compressor cooler unit it provides adequate power even at high ambient temperatures. All electrical and gas connectors are located on the back of the instrument, while the control panel and the condensate pump are on the front. In this way the complete system can be clearly structured, retaining all gas and energy supply connectors on the back of all units, whereas the status of the gas cooler and the proper functioning of the condensate pump can be viewed from the front panel. The TRE08 is far more than just a temperature controller. This is partly Advantages High-performance temperature controller for because of its enormous performance capability – up to 63A total power consumption on 8 control circuits – and partly because of its versatility in terms of control tasks and communications options. The 8 control circuits, 8 PID control circuit can safely and precisely manage heated lines, max. 4 x 3A + 4 x 15A heated/cooled lines, heated sample gas pumps or whatever else High quality PID control is required. Even special tasks such as fast adjustments, parameter Connection and parameterisation via Modbus switching etc can be carried out using the TRE08. TCP or SCP Options Like all IAG modules, the TRE08 can also be controlled and configured in a wide variety of ways. If active control is needed (such 8 control circuits max. 4 x 3A + 4 x 15A as for controlling an HKL), this can be done either via bit parallel Control of heated/cooled lines or via Modbus TCP. Depending on the configuration, the TRE08 has Control of sample gas pumps up to 8 freely programmable digital outputs that can be used for controlling an MSJ junction unit, for example. Bit parallel control Control of an IAG MSJ If the TRE08 is connected to an IAG measuring unit, it will be Pt100 temperature sensor displayed in the measuring units display and can be fully monitored Temperature controller: PID controller, 8 control circuits Parameterisation: Via Modbus TCP or via a system control panel (SCP) Control: Modbus TCP or bit parallel via Sub-D (9-pin) Pin assignment: Pins 1,2,3 - digital in, Pin 6 - Com Alarm output: Sub-D (9-pin), Pins 7,8,9 - NO/NC 3A heat supply: 693 6+Pe flange socket connector Standard pin assignment: 1-L,2-TC+,5-TC-,6-N 15A heat supply: 694 4+Pe flange socket connector Standard pin assignment: 1-L,2-N,3-TC+,4-TC- MSJ control: Sub-D (15-pin) Dimensions: 320x400x170mm Housing:powder-coated Power supply: 400V / 32A or 63A CEE Mains cable: 3 m and configured from there. In the simplest case, the TRE08 can carry out its control functions fully autonomously and can display any interference as a digital signal. Parameterisation is then carried out either via a system control panel (SCP) or with an extremely handy configuration software package via Modbus TCP. Test cell equipment Technical data MTS Driver guidance system The MTS is an extremely elegant and versatile driver aid/ guidance system that is also suited for use in climatic test benches. Thanks to the compact design featuring a central pillar to the ceiling, the MTS has an extremely slim and elegant appearance and requires only one mounting point, making attachment to the test bench much easier than with conventional rail systems. All lines are well protected, running inside and concealed from view. Despite its slim appearance, the MTS is stable enough to easily withstand even high winds. All main axes of movement are unlocked simultaneously, Advantages allowing the system to be positioned effortlessly with just one hand.
