Accessing an IGO Mobile Exam

March 2014 Updated Instructions
Accessing an IGO Mobile Exam (Online Paramed Exam)
Please be reminded that you should always bring a paper paramed as a back-up in case there are technical difficulties.
1. Examiner, please log in to your eNation EMSI Portal here: https://enation.emsinet.com. Log in with your normal
EMSI User ID and password that you use for eNation/ExamTrack/ScheduleEZ.
2. Locate the applicant’s ticket by either:
a. Clicking the Scheduled button and locating the applicant in the display, or….
b. Clicking the Scheduled button, then the Search button and entering the applicant’s name
3. Click the applicant’s name in the displayed results to open the order. If all the information required by the carrier
is present, you may click the big green Start IGO Mobile Exam Interview, as show in the picture below.
4. When the interview launches and
you are prompted for the last four
digits of your Examiner ID, use the
Examiner ID access code that is
listed above the IGO Mobile Exam
button of the Applicant tab. It
does not matter if the number
displayed there is an old Examiner
ID for a closed branch, or an
Examiner ID you used for a
different branch office. It is just the
IGO Mobile access code that is
programmed for that particular
exam. When you get to the last
pages of the IGO Mobile exam, just
be certain your name appears there
so your electronic signature is used
to sign the documents.
5. Some carriers require certain
information be present for IGO
Mobile Exam. If information is
missing, the examiner will see an
error message instead of the green
button, as circled in the picture at
right. The branch can add the
missing data to the order at any
time to make it IGO Mobile eligible.
If you experience any technical
issues at an exam appointment,
conduct the paramed exam on
paper. After the appointment,
report details of the technical
issue to your branch office and the
IT SUPPORT Desk: 1‐800‐901‐9622.
Examiners can practice completing mock online parameds at this demo link to
become familiar with the paramed screens: http://216.19.25.19/EI/Default.aspx
(You must allow pop-ups from the site for the demo to work. Use Examiner ID 3333 or 0000 to enter the mock exam.)
