*Remarks of track light under fabric ceiling:
1. The package longarm HQI must not be used beneath fabric ceiling.
2. The exhibitor must order Par 38 track lights to sit beneath fabric ceiling.
3. The package longarm HQI are not exchangeable for Par 38 track lights.
4. White tracks and fittings will be used for white fabric ceiling; black tracks and fittings will be used for black fabric ceiling. Other colors

All items ordered are on rental basis and exhibitors will therefore have to make good for any damages or losses.
Any complaints regarding rental furniture / installation must be lodged the day before the exhibition commence. Otherwise all items are
deemed to have received in good order.
Late order: 20% penalty fee will be charged for any late orders received after the deadline (16 January, 2015), while orders received after
23 January 2015 & on-site order will be subject to a 30% surcharge.
Cancellation of any orders must be submitted in writing. Cancellation after the deadline (16 January, 2015) is subject to a cancellation
charge at 30% of order form prices. No cancellation will be accepted after 20 January 2015.

Flush Socket Reminder
Art Basel’s show in Hong Kong 2015

Thank you for your electrical outlet order. The sockets provided to your stand will be flush
sockets built into the wall panels. All flush sockets will be located centrally on a 1m or 0.5m
wide wall panel and positioned 100mm from the floor. Please indicate clearly on your booth
sketch which wall panel your socket is to be installed. Note that once the socket is located,
it cannot be repositioned on site.
Only one electrical appliance can be used per socket. The use of multiple adaptors and
extension cords is strictly prohibited.
Finally, please do not use screws or nails in the area above the socket (shown in shading
in the drawing below), as this could damage the electrical wire and may cause injury.
