Rules and Regulation for the use of ITB Sports & Facilities Building
1. Students are required to carry their student IDs when using ITB Sports Facilities and for other applicants, they must have the approval letter.
2. The applicant shall ensure that the facility is used only for the purpose stated in the application.
3. All sports activities have to be stopped upon call for prayers.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times at ITB Sports & Building Facilities.
5. Sport Equipments must be returned back to their place after use.
6. The applicant shall ensure that the facility is cleaned up after use.
7. The applicant shall be responsible for any damage of the facility and/or loss of of equipment.
8. All participants must wear suitable and appropriate attire/sportswear.
9. All upcoming activities will be ceased and all field bookings are automatically cancelled if the field is in a bad or soggy condition.
10. Note that the ITB Sports Facilities has all the rights to cancel any bookings or close any part of the facilities for official functions. The applicant shall be notified of the
