The dues are broken down into monthly payments due on the 1 of each month. An account becomes past due on the 10 day of the
month (even if that date falls on a weekend) and a $20 late fee will be assessed to your account. If the account becomes 30 days past
due, the gymnast will not be allowed to participate in practice until payment in full is made. Member accounts must be current for
meet participation.

A $40 annual registration fee is due September 1 . If enrolling after January 1, this fee is reduced to $20. Summer enrollment for new
members is $10.
We prefer you make ALL payments online including meet fees at www.jenksgymnastics.com or www.jenkscommunityed.com (click on
the “make a payment” tab at the top of the screen), but if you must write a check, make it payable to “JCE”. Note the gymnast’s name
and the purpose of payment on the check. Please mail checks to: Jenks Community Education, 205 East B Street, Jenks, OK 74037. If
payment is returned due to non-sufficient funds, a $25 service charge will be assessed to the members account. PLEASE NO CASH!

Level placement will be determined by the coach. Requirements must be met safely on all events.
Meet entry fees will be due one month prior to the competition, and if not paid, the Contractee’s child will not be allowed to compete.
There is also a $15 coach’s fee due for every meet.
TUITION WILL NOT BE REDUCED FOR ABSENCES FOR ANY REASON OR LENGTH OF TIME.
In case of injury, please provide a written doctor’s note to child’s coach.
If a child is absent from practice for any reason, you must call (918) 299-4415, ext 5364 or email [email protected].
This contract may be terminated on 14 day’s written notice by either party. Notification of cancellation should be directed to
[email protected] and [email protected]. If Contractee terminates this contract without a two week notice, one
monthly tuition payment will be assessed to the Contractee’s account. The Contractor reserves the right to suspend the Contractee’s
child from the program.
When classes at Jenks Public Schools are canceled due to emergency weather conditions, please call (918) 299-4415, ext 5364 or check
email for information on whether practice will be canceled or not. No tuition credit will be given for these days.
Other costs, such as insurance, USAG or AAU Athlete Memberships, and uniforms will be Contractee’s responsibility.
In the event of a default, the Contractor is entitled to employ an attorney at law to enforce the Contractor’s rights hereunder, and all
reasonable fees and costs connected therewith shall be paid by the Contractee. The Contractor is also entitled to employ a collection
agency to enforce the Contractor’s rights hereunder, and all fees incurred by the Contractor for the collection of unpaid amounts due
under the contract shall be paid by the Contractee.
