Repair broken weld on iron hose retainer for tower boom. H. Replace deteriorated hoses in the hose cable track. I. Replace decals on tower boom, primary boom, platform and chasis. J. Replace platform as it has holes and irrepairable damage. K. Replace platform toe board, cracked weld and damaged. L. Replace deteriorated hydraulic hoses under platform. M. The contractor bidding this contract must be thoroughly familiar with and comply to all Federal Regulations as well as state, county and city regulations for all materials used and the application thereof. The contractor will also be required to abide by all OSHA regulations 4. WORK SCHEDULE: A. Contractor will pick up and deliver lift from Base Civil Engineering Office (865) 336- 4218. B. Point of contact for Civil Engineering is Mr. Timothy Tilkens. 5. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall complete above listed work and provide an invoice for work performed at time of delivery.
