Karen Armanasco - QCWA Jam Drops with explanation or at my house called Dolly Biscuits - Dolly biscuits because I use a wooden dolly peg to make the holes for the jam. 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 cup S R Flour 1/2 cup corn flour jam I use a size 60 ice cream scoop (holds 1 tablespoon of mixture) bowl - beaters - wooden spoon - spatula small amount of extra flour to dip the hole maker into Cream the butter and sugar till pale and creamy and smooth add a well beaten egg, one at a time (whip mixture) sift in flours and fold together drop with scoop balls of mixture into a paper lines baking tray press deep holes in the middle to hold approx 1/2 teaspoon of jam inside. fill with jam and bake in @180c until golden brown approx 15 mins makes approx 36 biscuits
