We act on behalf of IPG Developments and on behalf of our client, enclosed is a planning permit
application for Council's consideration.
We also wish to confirm that our client has advised that a separate application will be lodged to request
the removal/variation of easement 'A' (sewerage easement) and easement 'B' easement identified in
favour of Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works contained on Certificate of Title Vol. 9373 Fol.
971.
The application proposes the construction of a four storey residential apartment building with
associated basement car parking. The application material comprises:

A cheque made payable to Yarra City Council for the requisite application fee of $1404.00;
Copy of the Certificate of Title for the land;
Three (3) copies of the architectural plans prepared by Rothe Lowman Architects;
Three (3) copies of a Town Planning and Urban Context Report prepared by Contour
Consultants;
A Sustainable Management Plan (Ark Resources), Waste Management Plan (Leigh Design) and a Traffic
Engineering Assessment Report (GTA Consultants) are currently being finalised and will be submitted
for Council's consideration shortly.
