Tender to Supply, Delivery of Hydraulic Crimping Tool to SESCO Training Centre at Jln. Belian, Sg.
Biawak, Kuching.
Tenderer are cordialy invited for the above capitoned. The tender documents are available at Wisma SEB,
Procument and Contracts Division, 8th Floor, No.1, The Isthmus, Kuching during office hours upon payment of
a non – refundable document fee of RM 30.00 per set.
The Completed Tender Shall be lodged in plain envelop properly sealed and marked:

Instructions to Persons Tendering

This tender cover the supply, delivery and installation of ONE unit of Hydraulic Crimping to
SESCO Training Centre located at Jalan Belian, Bintawa Industrial Area, Kuching. Tenderers
shall submit the offers which cover all labour charges, transport, installation and other expenses
for the full satisfaction of the work.
The Tender shall be made on the accompanying Forms of Tender with all the blanks therein and
Schedule 1 duly filled up in ink and signed. The Tender Price shall include all incidental and
contingent expenses. In particular, the Form of Tender shall be completed and signed without
alteration.
Tenderers are particularly directed that the amount entered on the Form of Tender shall be for
Performing the contract strictly in accordance with the bound document and shall be the sum total
of all the amounts printed into and entered by the Tenderer upon the Schedule of Prices.

No alteration is to be made in the Form of Tender or in the Schedule thereto except in filling up the
blanks as directed.
If any such alteration were made or if these instructions were not fully complied with, the tender
shall be rejected.
The Tenderer, however, is at liberty to add any further details that event of his so doing, shall print
or type he shall deem desirable and, in such details and annex the added matter to the Tender
submitted by him. Such additional details shall not be binding upon the Corporation unless they
are subsequently incorporated in a contract.

If the Tenderer has any doubt as to the meaning of any portion of the Specification of this tender,
he shall, when submitting his Tender, set out in his covering letter the interpretation on which he
relies.
5.
Tenderers shall be deemed to have visited the premises and to have collected all information
required for tendering purposes. Tenderers should ascertain for themselves the site conditions for
the purpose of submitting a Tender.
6.
The Tenderers shall complete the Schedule on Past Experience and give details of previous
experience together with the name of the clients where reference can be obtained if required.
7.
The Tenderers shall submit with his Tender resumes & manpower requirement of the supervisory
staff and workers to be involved in this tender if required.
8.
The validity period of the Tender shall be 90 days from the date of Tender.
9.
Within 14 calendar days from the time of receipt of notice of award, the successful tenderer shall be
required to assign an authorised representative to execute the contract with the Corporation.
10.
The Corporation does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Tender, nor to assign any reason
for the rejection of any Tender.
