Return Policy for Success Academy Uniforms Incorrect Sizing by J.W.E. • If J.W.E. advises a Success Academy family to purchase a particular size that does not fit the scholar, that family can return the clothing item(s) for a full refund. • From July 7 to August 9, returns and exchanges can be made at J.W.E. store location. Please see the store address and hours above. • For items that are returned by mail, J.W.E. will also pay for the return shipping by sending the family a prepaid shipping label. • The family will also be invited to visit J.W.E.’s office or store for a second fitting. • Items returned must be unwashed and unworn. Customers have 30 days (from arrival date) to return the product.
