J.W.E. Return Policy for Success Academy Uniforms
Incorrect Sizing by J.W.E.
• If J.W.E. advises a Success Academy family to purchase a particular size that does not fit the scholar,
that family can return the clothing item(s) for a full refund.
• From July 7 to August 9, returns and exchanges can be made at J.W.E. store location. Please see
the store address and hours above.
• For items that are returned by mail, J.W.E. will also pay for the return shipping by sending the family a
prepaid shipping label.
• The family will also be invited to visit J.W.E.’s office or store for a second fitting.
• Items returned must be unwashed and unworn. Customers have 30 days (from arrival date) to return
the product.
Incorrect Advice from J.W.E.
• If J.W.E. incorrectly advises any family to purchase an item (ex. a skirt for an elementary scholar),
that item can be returned for a full refund.
• From July 7 to August 9, returns and exchanges can be made at J.W.E. store location. Please see

• For items that are returned by mail, J.W.E. will also pay for the return shipping by sending the family a
prepaid shipping label.

Defective Products & Product Warranty
• Any uniform item that is defective upon arrival or within a 90-day period can be returned to J.W.E. for
a full refund.

Family Chooses Another School
• Any family who bought the J.W.E. uniform but chooses another school may return their uniform items
and backpack to J.W.E.

Other Returns
• If any Success Academy parent purchases the wrong size for their scholar (by their choice) or no
longer wants a particular optional uniform item (ex. girls’ pants), they can return the item to J.W.E. for
a full refund.
