year the conference will bring together more than 400 representatives of the various fields of

showcase your products and services to a receptive audience of adult educators. A variety of
sponsorship and advertising options are available:

Don't miss out on this premiere event to promote your organization's products and services. We

will coincide with the President's Reception on Tuesday, November 4, at 5:30 p.m. Other
activities scheduled to take place with the Exhibits during the conference include registration
and all refreshment breaks. All exhibitors and sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference
program. Additionally, sponsors will be noted with special signage and formal recognition on-site at
the conference.
The following pages include costs for the sponsorship options, advertising, and exhibits. As
always, early commitment and payment are recommended and desired. Be sure to take
advantage of this exceptional opportunity to meet new colleagues and renew acquaintances within
the field of adult and continuing education.
