Aloysia Endang Wahyuningsih (Director of Regional Investment Facilitation, Indonesia
Investment Coordinating Board / BKPM)
Aloysia Endang Wahyuningsih is currently working as the Director of Regional Investment
Facilitation, Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board / BKPM, overseeing and promoting regional
investment in Indonesia. She has a broad experience in investment promotion. She worked for the
Indonesia Investment Promotion Centre (IPPC) in Sydney and also served as Director of International
Business Cooperation for several years. She completed her undergraduate degree in Industrial
Technology at ITB (Institute Technology Bandung), West Java and continued her postgraduate
education in the USA, where she acquired her master’s degree.
Dadang Mohamad (Head of West Java Promotion & Investment Board / BKPPMD West Java)
Dadang Mohamad is currently working as Head of West Java Regional Promotion and Investment
Board (BKPPMD West Java), overseeing and promoting investment opportunities within the West
Java region of Indonesia. He has over 25 years experience at the Department of Public Works and he
devoted much of his early career to Urban Planning and Evaluation. His previous role working as the
Head of People Empowerment Board in the West Java region and his valuable contribution lead him
to his current position. He is a valuable member of the management board of BKPPMD where his
main areas of expertise are transportation and infrastructure, and he regularly participates in
international conferences on these areas. He holds an MSCE and a PhD in Civil Engineering
(Transportation and Infrastructure Systems Engineering) from Purdue University, USA.
Jay Singgih (Bumi Laut Group & Vice Chairman of Permanent Committee for Banking and
Financial Sectors at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry/KADIN Indonesia)
Jay Singgih is the Head of Business Development & Strategic Investments at the BUMI LAUT
GROUP, founded in 1922, with business interests in Ship-Owning & Shipping Services, Logistics &
Transportation, General Contractors & Traders, Mining, Infrastructure and Strategic Investments.
Prior to joining the BUMI LAUT GROUP, Jay was a Senior Corporate Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions
Advisor at ERNST & YOUNG in Indonesia. Amongst others, Jay is the Chairman of Committee for
State-Owned Enterprise Partnership at the Indonesia Young Entrepreneurs Association Jakarta
(HIPMI JAYA) and Chairman of National Maritime (Shipping/Sea Transportation) Committee at the
Indonesian Logistics & Forwarders Association (ILFA). Jay received his B.A. in Economics from the
University of Durham U.K., and he has completed the National Leadership, Defence and Resilience
Programme at the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia.
Teddy Robinson (Director of Marketing & Development , PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara/KBN)
Teddy Robinson is currently working as the Director of Marketing & Development for PT. KBN. Before
serving in his current post, he held several prominent positions within private and state-owned
enterprises. He served for 5 years as Director of Marketing at Perum Perumnas (a state-owned
enterprise facilitating affordable housing nationally). He also served as Director of Private
Enterprises; he was a President Director at PT. Karnival Indonesia for 3 years and Director of
Marketing and Operations at PT. Satria Kahayan Multitama for 5 years, and held several senior
management positions for different organisations during his early career. His extensive experience as
keynote and public speaker in national and international conferences makes him a valuable member
of the management board. He completed his Master’s degree in Marketing Management from STIE,
Indonesia, and later continued his post graduate education in the USA, where he acquired his MBA
from Northeastern University. He is currently studying for his PhD at Brawijaya University, in Malang,
Indonesia.
David East (Senior Vice President, Conway Data, Inc.)
David East has over 13 years’ experience in foreign direct investment and has worked with IPAs and
MNCs from over 40 countries. He was Publisher of fDi Magazine (part of the Financial Times group).
He then became Business Development Director in OCO Consulting Ltd and then fDi Intelligence. As
Business Development Director, David oversaw the development of two market-leading cross-border
investment databases, growing revenues by over 600% in just under 7 years. David's main areas of
expertise are on corporate globalization trends and comparisons of location competitiveness and how
governments and corporations can use data to inform their FDI activities. Drawing on his experience
as Publisher, David also has a strong knowledge of how locations can market their location for FDI.
David is also regularly invited to participate at international FDI events as a moderator, panellist and
as a trainer.
Ashish Mishra (CEO, SA Creative Labs)
Ashish Mishra is the founder of SA Creative Labs a micro global firm working in Indonesia, India and
China. Ash first travelled to Indonesia in 1998 at the time of the Asian Financial Crisis and has
witnessed at first hand the political, economic and financial recovery of Indonesia over the last 16
years. He is a member of Strategic Asia Global an economic development consultancy based in
Jakarta, Visiting Professor at the Guildhall Business and Law School and sits on the steering
committee for Innovate UK on intelligent Mobility. Ash has previously worked with the United Nations,
London Development Agency, Mayor of London and Asia House and is a member of the UKIndonesia Vision 2030 Group.

Richard Graham MP (British Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Indonesia)
Richard Graham MP was appointed Trade Envoy to Indonesia by the Prime Minister in November
2012. He is one of eight Trade Envoys, whose role is to promote trade for UK businesses in selected
high-growth and developing markets around the world. Richard Graham is the Conservative MP for
Gloucester, elected in 2010. He chairs the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Indonesia and China,
created and is Chairman of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Pensions and is Secretary of the All
Party Parliamentary Group on Post Offices. He has previously held a diplomatic career, having
joined the Foreign and Commonwealth office in 1986. He was based in Nairobi and then was British
Trade Commissioner for China and HM Consul in Macao. He joined Barings plc as its Chief
Representative for China in 1993, and became a director of Baring Asset Management in 1996.
Graham has lived and worked in ten countries, speaks eight languages and is the only member of the
House of Commons to have lived and worked in Indonesia and to speak Bahasa Indonesia.
