DOPING CONTROL: Doping Control will be conducted in accordance with the FINA Rules by WADA Accredited Laboratory. ACCOMMODATION The Organizing Committee will provide double occupancy rooms with full board for the delegation up to eighteen (18) persons of each team (including 1 referee) for eight (8) days. The expenses will be charged for extra persons and/or extra days. Full board accommodation costs for extra persons/ days at Teams Hotel is as follows: Double room: 150 USD per person/night Single room: 200 USD per person/night Please also note that all extra expenses such as: laundry, mini bar, accompanying person etc are to be covered by each member. The following Hotels will be used for the FINA Men’s Water Polo World Cup 2014 and have been selected by the Organising Committee in order to meet the best needs of those attending the event and to ensure a pleasant stay in Almaty. VISA: If you need a visa to travel to Kazakhstan, please provide the following information to OC of each member of your delegation as soon as possible but not later than May 31, 2014. • Team lists (full name, passport number, passport expiry date, status on the delegation, date of birth, place of birth and place of residence) AND • Passport copies Please note that validity of passport must be not less than 6 (six) months before the expiry date. Once the passport copies and above mentioned information has been submitted, they will be processed by our Federation and an Invitation Letter will be prepared and sent to your Federation. Please apply for visa at the Kazakhstani Embassy, Consulate or Visa Office in your country with this Invitation Letter. Access to the Venue will be controlled at the venue perimeter. Accreditation will also provide eligible participants free transport privileges to and from the official hotels during training and competition days. All accreditation will require the following: Full name, Role, Photograph. In order to make the accreditation procedure more convenient, please email your photographs in jpg. (Size: 4.5 heights by 3.5cm width/ 200KB~1MB). Please indicate the country (3 letters) and respective member’s name in every file name. Ex.
