Course Highlight  Lectures and discussions by Mentors in their field of practice.  Practical and Hands-on Training on state of the art machines.  Course structured into 04 Semesters (06 months each) with the last semester as internship, at a Dialysis Unit.  Course contents designed by Nephrology Subject Matter Experts.  Contents include Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry & Pharmacology, Kidney Disease, Computer applications in Dialysis, Dialysis Basic and Advanced procedures.  Course to be conducted at Metro Multi-Specialty Hospital, Faridabad.  Admission on the basis of interview conducted by JVD Health Pvt Ltd. Admission Procedure Eligibility Criteria  HSC (science) or ANM nursing – Two years course. Age Limit  Not less than 17 years for the 2 year course Fees Structure  Application fee - Rs.250/- (DD/ Cheque in favour of JVD Health Private Limited)  Registration & Post Selection – Rs.10,000 This includes Registration, 2 set of uniform, course books and ID card  Course Fee Rs. 30, 000 (per Semester) Documents Required  Higher Secondary Certificate Mark-sheet (XII);  No Objection Certificate from the employer, if employed;  Certificate of Work Experience, if any.  Address Proof ( Ration Card / Electricity / Phone Bill / Voters ID / UID / Driving License / Bank Pass book in the name Guardian or Candidate)  All Documents should be attested, signed by the candidate.  One Passport Size Photo in application form.
