Pt. 1-5. EXCURSIONS AND WINE TASTINGS- are organized Monday-Sunday according to the following schedule:
11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00. In case of big groups will be considered other hours, depending on the availability
of the guide and tasting rooms. Wine tasting takes place in one of the 2 tasting rooms and includes samples of wine
depending on the chosen pack. For winetasting are offered: sticks, walnuts, dried fruits, cheese, and still water (exc.
VARTELY GOURMET pack).
VARTELY GOURMET Pack includes: BRUT Chateau Vartely, Feteasca Regală Select, Malbec-Shiraz Rose Select, Feteasca Neagră
Rezervă, TARABOSTE Merlot&Cabernet-Sauvignon + mini gourmet snakcs paired with each wine.
VARTELY RECOMMENDS ICE WINE Pack includes: Feteasca Select, Traminer Rezerva, Malbec-Shiraz Rose Select, Merlot
Rezerva, Muscat Ice Wine.
VARTELY RECOMMENDS Pack includes: Feteasca Select, Traminer Rezerva, Malbec-Shiraz Rose Select, Merlot Rezerva,
Cabernet-Sauvignon Rezerva, Cabernet-Sauvignon Desert.

Pt.6 EXCURSION - visit of the entire complex "Chateau Vartely", the wine factory and the tourism area.
Groups formed from more than 30 persons, will be divided into two groups
Pt.7 LUNCH/DINNER – how to order:
Pre-order according to the gourmet packs, formed at special prices
Pre-order according to the banquet menu of the restaurant, discussed with company representative
A-la-carte order (on site) based on the basic menu of the restaurant
A service fee will be charged in the amount of 10% of the banquet, if the group is formed by more than 50 persons, as
well if the banquet will end after 23.00.
Pt.9-14 ACCOMODATION - our hotel has 12 rooms in total:
Vila South - 4 rooms SGL/DBL with 1 family bed
Vila Centre - 4 rooms TWIN/SGL with 2 single beds
- Vila North - 4 VIP apartments. Each apartment includes 2 rooms: bedroom (family bed + shower room) + living room
(extendable couch + bathroom)
* Each person staying extra in any room of the hotel will pay 680 MDL, including breakfast!
* Children up to 6 years will benefit of accommodation services for free (no additional bed), 7-12 years old are charged
at a 50% rate and those older than 12 years at 100%.
* Guests of the hotel benefit of the following discounts:
Billiard - 100%; Sauna / rental of barbeque / rental of wood pergola – 15%.
Pt.18 ACCES FOR A PROFESSIONAL PHOTO/VIDEO SESSION - The paid fee allows the access of groups of max 7 people,
including photo/video operators, for up to 2 hours, on the territory of the Tourist Complex "Chateau Vartely". Access in
hotel rooms for photo/video sessions is allowed for up to 30 min and only if free rooms are available, not-occupied by
other customers.
The customer is obliged to pay additionally, in following cases:
- if the group is formed by more than 7 people. Each extra person shall be charged with 20 MDL.
- if the allowed time has been exceeded, additional fee shall be charged for every 2 additional hours.
Pct.19-21 RENTAL OF THE CEREMONY YARD, WOOD PERGOLA AND DECORATION
- Rental of the ceremony yard includes: wood pergola + 20 chairs+ tent (or ark at choice). Decoration with flowers or
with sheer fabrics it is not included.
- Rental of the wood pergola (incl. barbeque) is reserved only for outdoor banquets, for groups of max 8-10 persons.
- The decoration of the passage or tent includes only the sheer fabrics. Flowers or other decorative elements shal be
ordered and paid separately.
Organization of unauthorized picnics is strictly FORBIDDEN
on the territory of the Tourist Complex "Chateau Vartely"!
